We get it, you’ve got a company to run. At Union Campus, we designed, not only our spaces, but our leases for innovators. We are not traditional real estate. No CAM charges, no taxes, no end-of-year surprises, no complex math formulas. What you sign is what you pay. And if your company grows and you need more space…we scrap that lease and get you into the space you need. Working from home isn't for everyone. Union Campus offers private offices with shared kitchen and conference rooms in our brand new Union 601 building. Theses private offices also include access to all the shared amenities of our Union 525 buidling, like a gym and coffee shop.
Private offices start at $550/month for one person or $850/month for two people. Rent includes a desk, a chair and a parking permit.
And we know these are uncertain times, so our private office leases are availble on a month-to-month basis at no extra cost.
Maybe your team is growing. Maybe you're a regional group of a national company. Maybe you've gone remote but still need some space to meet. We have a space that is perfect for you. Between our two buildings, we have suites for 2-15 people.
Our StartUp offices include a combination of in-suite and shared conference rooms, phone booths, and kitchen. Starting at $850, our flexible leases will allow your space to scale with your team and needs.
Need some room to breathe? We have many great spaces ranging from 2,500 sqft all the way up to a full-floor 27,000 sqft suite. All of these suites have conference rooms and breakout spaces within, most with private kitchen and bathrooms as well. If your company is looking for a place to land, you have got to come see the stunning views and achitecture of our brand new Union 601. Even in our larger offices, we still offer the flexibility of short term leases, as short as 1-year. Pictures don't do these suites justice, but here are a few anyway.
